I think the MIE is too generic and needs modification. The exact definition of MIE/KEs is essential, as mechanistic work and QSAR will have to work on a very defined research scope. This AOP is not proposed to be diffuse cytotoxicity, it is mouse-specific cytotoxicity driven by Cyp2f2. Respective publications can be found by the authors George Cruzen, Sam Cohen and Christian Strupp.
